All materials should be sent to ovbobyleva@yandex.ru or melon604@mail.ru.

The name of one and the same author may be stated as first in no more than two reports. Participate as a sponsor in other applications is not limited. Authors are responsible for the content and presentation of their papers (articles).

To authors: Materials reports are not edited and will be published in the form in which were sent. Do not send materials by fax reports. Materials are accepted until October 1, 2012 and will be reviewed by October 7, 2012 by the Organizing Committee, which reserves the right to issue the publication. Materials submitted after the deadline or not properly designed, will not be accepted.

The decision of the Organizing Committee for the admission of your applications, reports and articles, as well as further information will be obtained separately.
